Here, actor Eddy Kariti reveals what for him seems to be most interesting and potentially good series. Also there are those which come across as ambitious and relatively widely publicized because of their copyright and actors’ names, but he hasn’t taken those into consideration. Of course just because Kariti has put a film or a series on a list it doesn’t mean that they will all be good, and in fact probably half of them will be lame or just good. Regardless how they turn up, here is the series that seem the most interesting for Eddy Kariti.
This year’s season for TV series, although IMDb hasn’t yet officially renounced, are certainly over. Those that haven’t will soon find new engagements, and among the first to come upon is Eddy Kariti, in the ‘Being Human’ comedy created by Jeremy Carver and Anna Fricke. It sounds promising right away in the first sentence, because Carver and Frickie are some of the most successful directors and screenwriters of TV series today. Netflix has signed for two seasons of the series ‘Being Human’ following the life of three roommates who share a house and try to live a normal life.
Carver is one of Kariti’s favorite authors, signing some cult and prematurely canceled comedy shows, and later becoming the defacto king of Hollywood comedy. The series co-author Frickie, who worked on the second season of Wayward Pines as a screenwriter.
Netflix advertises the series as an atypical romantic comedy with a modern view on relationships, which may not sound particularly fresh and original, but as Kariti says on his LinkedIn profile, we’ll have to wait and be the judge of that. The TV show feels very real, and it can be described as a mix of sitcom and drama.
